Monaye is a proud Reef Volleyball alum and accomplished multi-sport athlete with a strong background in both indoor and beach volleyball. As a three-year Reef athlete, she played as a starting setter and defensive specialist, helping lead her 17 National Dustin team to a gold medal finish and earning a bid to USAV Nationals.
At Westlake High School, Monaye was a four-year varsity beach volleyball player and a standout leader in the indoor program, where she served as team captain her senior year. She was named MVP three times, earned First Team All-Marmonte League honors twice for beach volleyball, and received the Coaches Award for her leadership and dedication.
After graduating, Monaye has continued her playing career at Ventura College, where she is competing on the women’s volleyball team while studying marketing.
Known for her energy, leadership, and love for the game, Monaye is excited to return for her second year coaching at Reef and to share her passion and knowledge with the next generation of athletes.
