Welcome to Junior Spikers

Reef Junior Spikers is a co-ed developmental program designed for 3rd–5th grade athletes at the beginner to intermediate level. Our focus is on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game in a fun and encouraging environment.

Junior Spikers offers the flexibility for athletes to participate in other sports throughout the year while continuing to develop their volleyball skills. Training is age-appropriate, high-repetition, and game-based, giving athletes plenty of opportunities to learn, improve, and play.

What to Expect

  • Co-ed program for 3rd–5th grade athletes

  • Emphasis on basic skills: serving, passing, hitting, and movement
