Reef Boys
Reef Volleyball Club’s boys program offers the same high-level training, competitive opportunities, and supportive environment as our highly regarded girls program.
We’re committed to developing athletes from the ground up — with a focus on skill, teamwork, and love for the game.
Our programs are designed for boys ages 8U through 18U, whether they're just getting started or ready to compete at the club level. From beginners learning the basics to advanced players preparing for high-level tournaments, Reef provides the coaching, structure, and culture to help athletes grow.
What We Offer

Travel Teams (8U–18U)
Competitive teams with experienced coaching, regular practices, and opportunities to compete in local and regional tournaments. -
Seasonal Camps & Clinics
Skill-based training sessions focused on development, technique, and game IQ — open to players of all levels. -
Year-Round Programs
From off-season training to full club seasons, our boys program provides consistent, age-appropriate development throughout the year. -

WHO WE ARE
Reef Volleyball Club is an active member of USA Volleyball (USAV) and the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU).
For 25 years, Reef Volleyball Club has been the longest-running volleyball club in Ventura County, a testament to our enduring commitment and leadership in the sport. We have been developing and training top players in the region for nearly three decades. As a family-owned and operated club, much of our success comes from the culture we’ve built and consistently upheld. Reef is one of the most respected clubs in the region, not only because of our team accomplishments, but because of the way we treat our players, parents, and coaches with honesty, integrity, and respect. When you become a member of Reef, you become a part of our family. We value every athlete and are deeply invested in their success, both on and off the court.
WHY REEF
Last season, Reef fielded 25 teams with over 300 athletes ranging from 8 to 18 years of age. We offer competitive opportunities to a wide range of players, from beginners to college-bound athletes, and take great pride in meeting their diverse needs. We also strongly emphasize the importance of training in a positive and encouraging environment. Our goal is for every player to have the best possible experience—enjoying their time, growing their skills, and feeling supported throughout their volleyball journey.
At Reef, we’re proud to have an exceptional group of coaches dedicated not just to teaching skills, but to helping every player grow and succeed. Our coaching staff includes experienced head coaches from local high schools, many with collegiate and international backgrounds. They provide expert instruction, ongoing feedback, and personal support. Our goal is to help athletes become impact players on their school teams, as well as prepare them to compete at the collegiate level. From Club to College
Reef offers club members a comprehensive recruiting platform designed to maximize exposure and streamline the transition from high school to college volleyball. We’re proud to have placed more athletes in college volleyball programs than any other club in the area, a reflection of our dedication to excellence, personalized development, and trusted relationships with college coaches nationwide.
