Mandy brings over 26 years of volleyball coaching experience, marked by a proven record of leadership and success. She served as head coach at Ventura College for eight years, guiding her teams to multiple playoff appearances and establishing a strong competitive legacy. Throughout her coaching career, Mandy has contributed to elite clubs including Huntington Beach, Channel Islands, Lava, Rise, and most recently, Reef Volleyball Club.

As a player, Mandy excelled at Buena High School in both volleyball and basketball before advancing to Cerritos College. She concluded her collegiate playing career at Whittier College, where she set remarkable records with 1,994 assists over two seasons, including a single season record of 1,040 assists and an extraordinary 73 assists in a match against Cal Lutheran. During her senior year, she earned co-captaincy, co-MVP honors, and was named Female Team Sport Athlete of the Year.

Following her playing days, Mandy transitioned seamlessly into coaching, serving as both Women’s Volleyball Assistant Coach and Head Men’s Club Team Coach at Whittier College. Now in her sixth season with Reef Volleyball Club, Mandy coaches Reef travel teams and oversees the club’s Locals Program, bringing her deep expertise, competitive drive, and passion for player development to athletes at every level. She lives in Ventura and enjoys supporting her 21-year-old twin daughters as they pursue soccer and volleyball.
