With years of coaching experience and a deep understanding of the game, Jason is committed to developing confident, fundamentally sound athletes while helping teams compete at a high level.

A four-year varsity player at Royal High School and a four-year athlete with Classic Volleyball Club, Jason developed a strong foundation in high-level competitive volleyball. He later transitioned into coaching, serving as Head Varsity Coach at Simi Valley High School, where he focused on building disciplined, competitive teams and fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

After taking time away from coaching to focus on his growing family, he returned to Reef with renewed passion and dedication. Over the past three seasons, he has served as Brock Redmond’s assistant coach, playing an integral role in the success of some of Reef’s top teams. Together, they have helped lead teams to multiple tournament medals, including several gold medal finishes, and have earned multiple bids to the USAV Girls Junior National Championships.

Jason’s extensive experience, technical knowledge, and commitment to player development make him an invaluable member of the Reef coaching staff. His dedication to helping athletes improve, compete with confidence, and reach their full potential continues to make a lasting impact on every team he coaches.
