Brad Perry brings more than 30 years of volleyball coaching experience to Reef Volleyball Club. He currently serves as the Head Varsity Boys Volleyball Coach at Simi Valley High School and has spent more than three decades developing athletes and building successful high school and club teams.
Since beginning his coaching career in 1994, Brad has coached boys and girls at every stage of development, serving as a head coach and assistant coach at Chaminade High School, Westlake High School, Holy Names Academy in Seattle, and now Simi Valley High School. He has coached athletes from 12U through the varsity level, giving him a unique perspective on every stage of a player’s development. His experience spans every level of the game, from teaching the fundamentals to helping athletes refine the skills needed to compete at the highest levels of high school, club, and beyond.
Brad is known for his ability to teach the technical aspects of the game while creating a positive, competitive learning environment where athletes are challenged to improve every day. His coaching style emphasizes strong fundamentals, technical skill development, teamwork, communication, and helping players develop the confidence to compete at their highest level.
