* The kids will need to get called out of school or leave early on Friday! You should have plenty of notice to make arrangements before hand with your teachers so that you can miss without issue.
Transportation
Reef has rented 3 - 15 passenger Vans to take our teams up.
We will need help with luggage if parents have room.
We will leave from Toppers Pizza in Thousand Oaks (1436 N Moorpark RdThousand Oaks, CA91360) Please arrive by 10:45 - you can buy food before we leave if your early.

Chaperones
We will have 3 female parent chaperones (1 per team) to help with the team / driving. We will be providing their hotel room (3 Chaperones - 1 room - Individual Bed for each) for helping. Chaperones drive to and from Vegas, help with shopping, and keeping an eye on the group.
Players Pay Attention to This!!!
Players are to PACK LIGHT - 1 SM/MED size bag + your Reef Back Pack (Enforced!)
You are responsible for all of your belongings. If you are bringing small electronics (ipod, etc) make sure you know where they are at all times - Reef is not responsible!
You should Pack comfortable clothes and a Bathing Suit, the hotel will have a Pool/Spa.
Remember this is a volleyball weekend, its not a family vacation! We won't have much time to do side trips but YOU WILL NEED FOOD & PERSONAL ENTERTAINMENT MONEY (~$100+)!
Reef will provide breakfast but you will be buying the bulk of your food!
DO NOT BRING ALCOHOL, DRUGS, or ANYTHING INAPPROPRIATE WITH YOU!
